  • FIRST-TIMER
    This one-time intro class is designed for first-timers. You’ll learn how to set up the Reformer, move safely, and get familiar with the fundamental exercises so you can step into your Reformer journey with confidence.

    You’re always welcome to join this class again if you’d like to refresh the basics, whether you’ve taken a longer break from Pilates, are returning after an injury, or simply want to reconnect with the foundations of your practice.

  • ALL LEVEL (NO FIRST-TIMER)
    No matter where you are in your practice, this class meets you there. Nearly every exercise can be tailored to your level, allowing you to find your own flow: softer or more challenging, depending on your energy, strength, and experience.

    If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with our Basic Classes. From there, our All Level Classes becomes your space to build deep muscular strength, deepen body awareness, and move at your own pace, with the perfect burn guaranteed.

  • ALL LEVEL (NO FIRST-TIMER)
    Designed for experienced Reformer clients who feel confident with the basics. This class is not suitable for First-Timers. With a slower pace, longer holds, and deep muscular engagement, it focuses on controlled strength and intentional movement.

    Expect a more intense experience, with smart progressions that challenge you while staying true to the essence of Reformer Pilates: alignment, control, and precision.

  • ALL LEVEL (NO FIRST-TIMER)
    From time to time, we introduce special formats to our schedule, such as Advanced Flow, Reformer x HIIT, or other unique Reformer concepts. Designed to bring variety and new challenges, these classes invite you to explore different ways of moving, strengthening, and deepening your practice.
